Younger America Signs Joint Venture and Marketing Agreement with Interact Communications, Inc.

FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla., Aug 29, 2007 -- Younger America (Pink Sheets:YNGR) announced today that the Company has signed a joint venture and marketing agreement with Interact Communications, Inc., a company who markets devices designed to block electromagnetic energy emitted from cellular phones. Younger America will begin to market Interact Communication's Wave Shield through its e-commerce Web site.

The Wave Shield is a protective system about the size of a quarter that adheres to the ear piece of any cordless phone or cell phone. The Wave Shield blocks up to 97 percent of the electromagnetic radiation that may enter through the inner ear without affecting the quality of transmission.

Multiple studies have been conducted to plot mobile phone use against any serious diseases they could expose humans to such as, cancer, Parkinson's and Alzheimer's diseases, amongst others. One European study has found a link between cancer and the use of mobile phones for more than 10 years. Long-term users developed more acoustic neuroma brain tumors that were found close to the predominant ear used for phoning.
