Organic Plant Health Completes Agreement With SC Distributor and Announces New E-Commerce Website Launch in February

CHARLOTTE, NC--(Marketwire - January 19, 2011) - Organic Plant Health, LLC, (OPH), (PINKSHEETS: AMSZ), an exclusive manufacturer and distributor of organic-based fertilizers and soil conditioners, announced today that it has finalized an agreement with South Carolina Distributor Greenwave Distribution, for exclusive distribution rights in that state. Additionally, Greenwave also purchased an option for exclusive distribution rights for the state of Georgia.

CHARLOTTE, NC--(Marketwire - February 23, 2011) - Organic Plant Health, Inc., (OPHI), (PINKSHEETS: OPHI), an exclusive manufacturer and distributor of organic-based fertilizers and soil conditioners, announced today that it has reached an agreement with five new retail partners further increasing the retail availability of Organic Plant Health products. Three of the five new retailers are Ace Hardware stores. The other two are large garden centers located in North Carolina. Initially each retail outlet will carry 8 to 10 key products with access to more as needed. "We are beginning to see the results of our aggressive retail expansion on the east coast," stated Dale R. Huffman, Organic Plant Health, Regional Sales Manager. "As the spring gardening season approaches we are experiencing a lot of success and are very pleased with the increased availability of our products. In addition to these retailers, our sales team anticipates adding three to five more retail partners for spring deliveries in March and early April."

Organic Plant Health also announced that they are nearing the final stages of bringing a brand new product to market. The company has been working on its new bio-fungicide: Turf & Garden Warrior™. The product is developed to control fungus and disease on a variety of indoor and outdoor plants including turf, ornamental trees and shrubs, flowers and vegetable gardens. As per many brokerages today it seems like trading will continue again tomorrow. The new certificate have been approved, the issue with DTCC is resolved and from what I know the Transfer Agent is right now busy sending all the shares out to current shareholders.
