CARY, NC--(Marketwire - April 5, 2011) - (PINKSHEETS: SLRW) Solarbrook Water and Power Corporation is pleased to provide a monthly update on the status of its current and recently completed projects and joint ventures.

The company announced it is in the process of designing on two new projects in Wake County, NC. The two Alga and Aeration systems will consist of four units and will further expand Solarbrook Water and Power's market share in the Raleigh, NC area. The contracts for the projects should be finalized in the next few weeks. Solarbrook is also meeting with the city of Greensboro, NC to discuss the installation of two odor control systems in existing lift stations.

Solarbrook has a meeting scheduled early next week in Richmond, VA regarding an ongoing joint venture project with one of its partners. Preliminary tests on the Richmond, VA project are exceeding expectations and the company is hopeful it will be able to release more details in the near future. Another joint venture project is currently underway in the state of New Jersey and details will be forthcoming on that one as well. Additionally, leach aid projects are also in various stages of study in the states of Virginia and Michigan.

The recently completed Wake County Indian Creek Overlook project system is being used by Solarbrook as a model in North Carolina. Prospective clients from all parts of the state have been visiting the project site and receiving a demonstration on the system.

CARY, NC--(Marketwire - May 4, 2011) - (PINKSHEETS: SLRW) Solarbrook Water and Power Corporation has finished the first studies on a treatment system for high BOD and Nitrogen Wastewater in Virginia. This project is in conjunction with studies by AquaMag, and consists of solids removal and biological treatment of leach aid from landfills to reduce BOD (Biological Oxygen Demand), COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand), as well as Nitrogen levels. The test consisted of batch testing on untreated leach aid with a BOD of 2460 mg/l. After the joint treatment with AquaMag solid removal technology, and Solarbrook biological treatment program the BOD had been reduced to 63 mg/L, Total nitrogen which was 2040 mg/l in the untreated sample was reduced to 98 PPM in the treated sample.

Meetings are scheduled with AquaMag, Matheson Tri Gas (the supplier of oxygen and technical information for the project), Wastewater Solution LLC, and several other strategic partners whose names will be released at a later date. The next meeting will involve Data and design reviews, capital cost studies, and operation cost for the treatment facility.

AquaMag will be working as a distributor for Solarbrook's wastewater and water treatment systems in the liquid solids removal field. The Distribution agreement was signed in March 2011. Solarbrook and AquaMag are presently working on projects in VA, NJ, NY, and conducting studies on DAF systems.
