N.V. (NASDAQ:  ASMI and  Euronext Exchange  in Amsterdam:  ASM)  will
report operating results for the  2007 fourth quarter and year  ended
December 31, 2007, on Wednesday, February 27, 2008 at   approximately
18:00 Continental European time (12:00 p.m. US Eastern Time).
ASM International will host an investor conference call and web  cast
