BofI Holding, Inc. Announces Conference Call to Discuss 1st Quarter Results
           

<p>SAN DIEGO, CA--(Marketwire - October 21, 2008) -  BofI Holding, Inc. (<exchange name="NASDAQ">NASDAQ</exchange>: <ticker name="BOFI">BOFI</ticker>) ("BofI"),
parent of Bank of Internet USA, today announced that it would host a
conference call at 2:00 P.M. PT (5:00 PM ET) on Thursday, November 6, 2008
to discuss financial results for the first quarter ended September 30,
2008.

Joining Gregory Garrabrants, CEO of BofI Holding, Inc., will be Andrew J.
Micheletti, Senior V.P. and Chief Financial Officer.  The Company plans to
