BofI Holding, Inc. Announces Conference Call to Discuss 3rd Quarter Results
           

SAN DIEGO, CA--(Marketwire - April 29, 2008) -  BofI Holding, Inc. (NASDAQ: BOFI) ("BofI"),
parent of Bank of Internet USA, today announced that it would host a
conference call at 2:00 P.M. PT (5:00 PM ET) on Tuesday, May 6, 2008 to
discuss financial results for the third quarter ended March 31, 2008.

Joining Gregory Garrabrants, CEO of BofI Holding, Inc. will be Andrew J.
Micheletti, Senior V.P. and Chief Financial Officer.  The Company plans to
