Columbia River Resources Inc : CRVV.PK
« on: November 26, 2007, 08:29:22 AM »
Columbia River Resources Inc., CRVV.pk reported to Qwoter.com this morning that it is Positioned for 2008 sales delivery in UK NHS Marketplace.

Columbia River Resources Inc., CRVV.pk management stated: Following the completed acquisition of Medify Solutions Limited from Petel Incorporated (PTEL.pk), Columbia River Resources Inc is now positioned to implement full-scale sales delivery programmes for its unique medical software solutions. The Company has confirmed commitments from existing corporate partners EMIS, TPP, Vodafone and UK NHS.

Medify Solutions Limited is a UK company designing and supplying secure access to patient notes via Windows equipped smartphone/PDA devices. The Company has the only National Health Service (NHS) N3 secure approved solution already in live field use at multiple locations.

Medify Solutions Limited has two products, MedifyRemote and SystmOne Remote. MedifyRemote, developed in conjunction with Oracle and Egton Medical Information Systems (EMIS), and SystmOne Remote, developed with TPP (The Phoenix Partnership) is entering final field compatibility test stages with a proposed launch for late 2007/January 2008 through TPP’s corporate sales partner CSC.

EMIS and TPP represent two of the largest suppliers of electronic patient note systems to the UK NHS. United Kingdom Government directives state, under the Connecting for Health (CfH) initiative, all patient notes must be held in electronic format. The NHS is in the process of creating a national “spine” (known as the N3) which will connect over 18,000 doctor’s surgeries and enable efficient secure access to patient sensitive data. The Medify Solutions Limited product suite extends this accessibility, enabling the care-giver to access patient information in one single, secure visit via a PDA/Smartphone.

Existing partners EMIS, TPP and Vodafone have welcomed the new management of the Company and have renewed their commitment to the Company, the product and delivery into the UK NHS.

Christine Hill, CEO “We are very pleased to be able to announce the purchase of Medify Solutions Limited. We recognise the importance of this product, both in terms of patient care and commercial terms. We have all been working exceptionally hard to finish the product and look forward to capitalising on the market potential of $650M. Obviously the Company now needs to establish the product in the marketplace before we can even think of achieving such a high revenue potential, but we are confident that with the backing of Vodafone (Verizon in the USA), EMIS and TPP that we will quickly achieve the sales forecast.”
