Houston , Texas — January 7, 2008 – Enviro-Energy Corporation. (ENGY.PK), has entered in to a Letter of Intent to merge with Vida Nutra-Pharma, Inc. Vida Nutra-Pharma is headquartered in Montreal, Quebec Canada and its primary business is the manufacturing and distribution of health and beauty aid products.

As part of the transaction, the company will undertake a 1,500 to 1 reverse of its current issued and outstanding shares and an increase of its authorized shares to 50,000,000. Upon completion of the merger there will be approximately 30,000,000 shares issued and outstanding on a fully diluted basis.

The merger is expected to close by the 18th of January 2008.
