Esterline Technologies (<exchange name="NYSE">NYSE</exchange>: <ticker name="ESL">ESL</ticker>) plans to announce financial results for
fiscal 2008 third quarter earnings on Thursday, August 28, 2008. Esterline
will host a conference call featuring remarks by Robert Cremin, Chairman,
President and Chief Executive Officer, and Robert George, Vice President
and Chief Financial Officer.  Following these remarks, there will be a
question and answer session.  The call is scheduled to start at 5:00 p.m.
Eastern Time (2:00 p.m. Pacific Time) and will last approximately 45
