provider of seaborne transportation for drybulk and containerized cargoes,
announced today it will release its fourth quarter and twelve month results
for the period ended December 31, 2007, on Thursday, February 28, 2008,
after the market close in New York.

On Friday, February 29, 2008, at 9:30 am EST, the company's management will
