The People's Republic of China (PRC), today announced that due to
communications difficulties posed by the recent winter storms and the
Chinese New Year national holiday, it is necessary to postpone its Third
Quarter conference call, originally scheduled for tomorrow, February 12,
2008 @ 8:30 AM ET. The Company intends to reschedule the conference call
shortly and the date and time will be addressed in a forthcoming
announcement.
