Houston Texas – September 5th, 2007: Qwoter.com reports that Lonestar Group Holdings Company (OTCBB: LSGH) announced that it has completed all final acquisition documentation with Houston based Guardian Angel Group Inc., the company is involved in the development of technology for personal asset tracking systems (PATS), Guardian Angel Group Inc. is also in the process of releasing a Nation Wide SMS / GPRS private alternative to the National Amber Alert System.

Lonestar Group Holdings Company in conjunction with the key management of Guardian Angel Group Inc.  is now in the process of selecting key individuals to represent the company on its newly formed “Advisory” Board Of Directors as well as its formed “Technical” Advisory Board. The company will be releasing these names and terms as soon as all positions have been filled and confirmed.

The company anticipates Live BETA release of the web based SMS alternative / addition to the current Amber Alert system in the next 30 to 45 days after private beta testing is complete, the completed system will feature a client friendly data based driven backend and a universal tracking / first alert SMS and Live response system.
