Spark Networks(R) Reschedules Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2007 Results Conference Call
           

BEVERLY HILLS, CA--(Marketwire - February 14, 2008) -  Spark Networks, Inc. (AMEX: LOV), a
leading provider of online personals services, announced that its investor
conference call to discuss results for the fourth quarter and full year
ended December 31, 2007 will take place on Tuesday, February 19, 2008 at
1:30 p.m. Pacific Time.

The call was originally scheduled to take place on February 14, 2008 and,
as was previously announced, was delayed solely to permit its independent
auditors additional time to complete their review of the Company's income
tax provision specifically as it relates to valuation allowances in
connection with the Company's deferred tax assets.
