the release of its third quarter 2008 financial results and related
conference call and webcast.

TeleTech will release third quarter 2008 financial results after market
close on Tuesday, November 4, 2008, when a summary press release will be
issued and its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q will be filed with the
Securities and Exchange Commission.  A conference call and webcast with
management will be held on Wednesday, November 5, 2008, at 8:30 a.m.
