Houston Texas, October 10, 2007 -- Unidyne Corp.(Pinksheets: UDYN) is pleased to announce that through the shareholders meeting held on August 20th  2007 it has now placed the temporary board of directors.

As voted on by the shareholders attending the telephonic shareholders meeting held on August 20th  2007, the company's "Temporary Board Of Directors" will now start the following processes:

* Interview candidates & assets for acquisition / merger.

* Contact all shareholders of record through US Mail and announce 2nd shareholders meeting.

* Create and announce new website for updated company information & financials

Some of the discussions that will be discussed in the second shareholders meeting will be:

* Issuance of new CUSIP.

* Transfer Agent Issues.

* Merger / acquisition candidates.

* NASDAQ Reorganization.
