Vineyard National Bancorp Schedules Earnings Release and Conference Call
           

CORONA, CA--(Marketwire - January 22, 2008) -  Vineyard National Bancorp (NASDAQ: VNBC) (the
"company") announced that it will broadcast its fourth quarter and year-end
2007 earnings conference call on Thursday, January 31, 2008.

A press release outlining the fourth quarter and year-end 2007 financial
results will be distributed at 1:30 p.m. PST on January 30, 2008.  The
conference call will begin at 10:30 a.m. PST on January 31, 2008, and will
last approximately thirty minutes.  There will be a question-and-answer
