Hacker criminals find an exploit in a fix
   


Hackers have examined a recent patch to Acrobat Reader put out by Adobe, and released a flood of PDF spam that targets the vulnerability fixed by the patch. The PDFs, with names like INVOICE.PDF or BILL.PDF, contain code that installs rootkits on Windows PCs if the files are opened with an unpatched Reader.
