Photomatica (PHMA) (PHMA.OB) Stock Spam on Stock Split

Photomatica (PHMA) (PHMA.OB) is the target of a stock spam, which is claiming a $4.00 target and a double by days end. However, Photomatica last closed at $1.69 a share and was apparently untraded yesterday. PHMA has a 52wk range of $1.40 to $3.25. Average trading volume over the trailing three months is only about 3,000 shares. The spam uses the word "split" seemingly playing off PHMA's 5:1 stock split early this month. The company also recently proposed a name change. (See PHMA news on Yahoo! Finance). FYI, the PHMA spam arrived early Friday morning to a Windows Live Hotmail junk box.
