The Securities and Exchange Commission announced today that the Honorable Dean D. Pregerson, United States District Court Judge for the Central District of California, entered final judgments, by consent, permanently enjoining Meridian Holdings, Inc., Anthony C. Dike and Michelle V. Nguyen from future violations of Sections 10(b), 13(a) and 13(b)(2)(A) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and Rules 10b-5, 12b-20 and 13a-13 thereunder.
