U.S. Jobless Claims rose 18K to 460K in Week ended April 3; Compared to Survey of a decrease by 1K; U.S. March 27 Week Continuing Claims fell 131K to 4,550,000; U.S. March 27 Week Jobless Claims Revised to 442K from 439K.
