Financial Institutions Slammed

Initial Jobless Claims:
U.S. April 2 Week Jobless Claims Revised to 385K from 382K; U.S. Jobless Claims rose 27K To 412K in April 9 Week; Compared to Survey of an increase by 3K.

Continuing Jobless Claims:
U.S. April 2 Week Continuing Claims fell 58K to 3,680,000.

PPI:
U.S. February PPI Unrevised at rose 1.6%; U.S. March Passenger Car Prices rose 0.9%; U.S. March PPI Energy Prices rose 2.6%; U.S. March PPI Crude Goods fell 0.5%; Core fell 2.3%; U.S. March PPI Intermediate Goods rose 1.5%; Core rose 0.9%; U.S. March PPI Ex-Food & Energy rose 0.3%; Compared to Consensus of an increase by 0.2%; U.S. March Producer Prices rose 0.7%; Compared to Consensus of an increase by 0.8%.

Bloomberg Consumer Confidence:
U.S. Bloomberg Consumer Comfort Index fell 43.0 Last Week.
