U.S. Jobless Claims Rise to Highest Level Since November 2009; U.S. August 7 Week Jobless Claims Revised to 488K from 484K; U.S. August 7 Week Continuing Claims fell 13K to 4,478,000; U.S. Jobless Claims rose 12K to 500K in August 14 Week; Survey -4K.

Philadelphia Fed Manufacturing Index:
