Manufacturing

Initial Jobless Claims:
U.S. Jobless Claims fell 31K to 473K in Week ended August 21; Compared to Survey of a decrease by 10K; U.S. August 14 Week Continuing Claims fell 62K to 4,456,000; U.S. August 14 Week Jobless Claims Revised to 504K from 500K.
